1998 Marching Band Show
For the 1998-99 marching band season, the band is performing their "Chuck Mangione Show".
Our opener this year is "Hill Where the Lord Hides" This song kicks off with a great latin beat, and evolves into a powerful first number, with features from just about every section. Our second number is a pretty ballad called "Bellavia" which is a very laid back and softer chart, that features our great flutes and clarinets. And the closer for the '98 show is "Land of Make Believe", which is another powerful chart, that features our bass player, and our entire percussion section, who has a solo that will BLOW YOUR MIND. Don't believe me? You gotta check this thing out. E.F. is ready to turn some heads this year in outdoor season to follow up on their outstanding indoor season which placed them fourth on the east coast in WORLD class.
The 1997-98 Warrior Marching Band was grand champion at Canada's Wonderland in Parade competition, and also took Grand Champion at the Somerset TOB show last fall. This year, the band is planning a trip to Florida for the end of spring.
